رؤيتنا أن نكون أفضل مدرسة ثانوية للبنين في دولة قطر.
رسالة المدرسة:
نهدف إلى تجهيز الطلاب ذوي الأعمار من سن الخامسة عشرة إلى سن الثامنة عشرة للخروج من المدرسة بعد إنهاء المستوى الثاني عشر محملين بالقيم الإسلامية والعربية ،واحترام الثقافات الأخرى ،ومحملين بالرغبة في تحقيق نجاحات أكاديمية أكبر للحصول على عمل مرضٍ ولتحقيق الإنجازات المهنية خلال مسيرتهم ،مما يجعل منهم مواطنين صالحين وفاعلين ومؤثرين في المجتمع .وسيدفعون إلى العمل بجد للنجاح في حياتهم المهنية والشخصية .
أهداف المدرسة:
كل هذا سيتحقق من خلال المناهج الموضوعة على أسس وطنية وتحمل طابع التحدي الدائم وتقييم الخطط الموضوعة وطرح إستراتيجيتنا العلمية والتعليمية وذلك من خلال مناهج ترعى الجهد المستمر في تحسين إطار العمل عن طريق وضع نظام تطويري مهني مدروس للتدريب القيادي ولتوجيه المعلمين ،ولاكتساب المعرفة والتدريب على الإستراتيجيات الفاعلة ونظام تأسيسي راسخ يستطيع جميع الطلاب من خلاله ممارسة النجاح الاجتماعي والأكاديمي .
إن بناء وإبقاء علاقة قوية مع المدارس الأخرى والكليات والجامعات والبرامج في جميع أنحاء الوطن سيساعدنا على تطوير وتقييم التدريس الفعال والإستراتيجيات التعليمية ،وسنعزز من جهودنا في تزويد مناهج فاعلة وذات طابع تنافسي والتي ستخدم مدرستنا بشكل مهني لدى تعلمنا من نجاحات الآخرين في بناء أنفسنا .إن المستوى التشاركي الثالث الإضافي قد يوفر لطلابنا فرصاً لمتابعة الخيارات لما بعد المرحلة الثانوية في السنوات القادمة.
وسيكون من مبادئنا الاعتراف بأنّ أولياء أمور الطلاب وأعضاء المجتمع المحلي الآخرين هم شركاء أساسيون في صنع القرار الذي يخص تعليم أبنائهم وتسخير كل إمكانات المدرسة والطاقم التعليمي في رفع مستوى قدرات الطلاب وتحفيزهم للنجاح. ونؤمن بأن هذه الشراكة المتبادلة تعني تقديم فرص التعليم المتساوي لجميع الطلاب مع إعطاء اهتمام خاص للطلاب ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة الأمر الذي من شأنه أن يطور إنجازاتهم في مجالات التعليم الأساسية كالرياضيات والعلوم ، اللغات والدراسات الحاسوبية ....الخ

تهدف مدرستنا مدرسة الدوحة الإعدادية المستقلة للبنين إلى تقديم بيئة تعليمية فاعلة تؤهل الطلبة شباب اليوم ليكونوا قادة المستقبل ،وتهدف إلى بناء جيل من الشباب:
- ملتزم بتعاليم دينه الإسلاميّ الحنيف ، ومعتز بهويته الوطنية، ومؤمن بالقيم المجتمعية .
- منفتح بوعي على ثقافات الآخرين لإثراء معارفه الحياتية المختلفة.

يمكننا في مدرسة الدوحة الإعدادية المستقلة للبنين تحقيق رؤيتنا من خلال :
- تعميق الانتماء الديني والوطني لدى الطلاب من خلال الأنشطة المتنوعة .
- توفير بيئة تعليمية آمنة ومحفزة وإيجابية وفاعلة تؤهل الطلبة شباب اليوم ليكونوا قادة المستقبل.
- إعداد طلاب من عمر 12 إلى 14 سنة وفق أسس ومعايير تعلّم عربية وعالمية.
- تقديم برامج تعليمية مناسبة تساعد الطلاب على تحقيق نجاحات أكاديمية مستمرة.
- استخدام طرائق تدريس متنوعة وأساليب تقييم مستمرة، والاستفادة من التجارب التعليمية الناجحة.
- اكتشاف الطلاب المبدعين والمتميزين والموهوبين والاعتناء بهم.

Our mission is to be the best Boy’s Secondary School in the State of Qatar. We will prepare 15 to 18 year old students to exit our school at the end of grade 12 with the desire for further academic success, work place satisfaction and professional achievement while on track to becoming influential, thoughtful, caring citizens. They will be motivated to strive for success throughout their personal and professional lives. This will be achieved through a dynamic, challenging, national standards based curriculum and assessment schemata. Our teaching and learning strategies will deliver the curriculum through robust efforts at improvement within the framework of a well thought out Professional Development Program of leadership training, teacher mentoring, content acquisition, coaching, effective strategies and a foundational belief system that all students can experience academic and social success.
Building and maintaining a strong partnership with other schools, colleges/ universities and programs throughout the nation will assist us in the development and evaluation of effective teaching and learning strategies. This will further enhance our efforts to provide a challenging, effective curriculum which will serve our school well as we practice learning from others successes, while building upon our own. The additional tertiary level partnerships may in fact (year 2) offer our students opportunities for pursuing post secondary options in their senior year.
In addition, acknowledging students’ parents and other community members as essential partners with decision making powers regarding their children's education will boost both the school, staff and student levels potentials for success. We believe that, these collaborative partnerships is the provision of equal educational opportunities for all students, with particular attention given to the special needs students will improve achievement in the fundamental learning areas of math, science, languages, ICT, etc.,

Our school aims to provide an effective educational environment which prepares our students to be committed to their religious teachings, devoted to their country, cautiously opened to other cultures and civilizations and ethically intellectually and academically distinguished. The students should also be capable of contributing effectively to the advancement of his country and positively interacting with technological development, information & knowledge revolution in accordance with the highest possible quality performance.
